  • The main goal of this program is to set athletes up to be at their peak performance when it's the most important! (During their in-season).
  • Each class is related to athletes age, skill level and progress as athlete learns proper technique.
  • Emphasis on explosiveness, cutting, jump mechanics, landing mechanics, acceleration, change in direction and overall athleticism.
  • Additional focus on functional movement patterns, injury prevention, sprint technique and explosive power.


Program will be led by Abby Rehberger, owner & operator of Optimize and her support staff.


A maximum of 24 players will be accepted into the program.

Session I: $160 (8 sessions; $20/per session)

Session II: $200 (10 sessions; $20/per session)

Meet Abby

Abby Rehberger

PT, DPT, Cert. DN


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota
  • Minors in Psychology and Coaching from the University of North Dakota
  • DPT Degree from Concodia university-Wisconsin


Abby has been actively involved in sports throughout her life, including hockey and softball at the Division I collegiate level. She graduated from the University of MN, where she played softball and later began coaching club softball, which she continues to do today. Abby began her clinical experience in 2014, including neurological base settings, pediatrics, outpatient neuro-and-transitional care. She has a strong passion for evaluating and creating treatment plans for any movement-related dysfunction.

Abby has since transitioned into outpatient orthopedics, that has allowed her to shift gears towards her true passion: prevention of injury, return to play programs and sport optimization.

Abby grew up in Brainerd, MN. She enjoys anything outdoors including: hunting, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. Her passion is teaching kids values of life through sports; softball in particular. Abby loves spending time with her family and friends, game nights, food, and relaxing with her dog, Rylie.
